About Me

I've always had a love affair with cars. After serving in the Army, I went to automotive technician school, determined to build a career around my passion, and worked my way through several roles in the industry with one goal in mind, landing a job at Tesla.

That dream came true, and I spent my last four years as a Service Advisor at Tesla in Marin, helping owners understand and troubleshoot their vehicles every single day.

The idea for this business was born on an ordinary afternoon at Aqus cafe in Petaluma. A woman noticed my Tesla and nervously asked if I could help her with hers, she was having issues with her Tesla phone app. We sat together for twenty minutes while I walked her through it, and I watched her go from frustrated to confident right in front of me. That moment stuck with me.

Today, I get to do that for a living. I live in Petaluma with my family, and when I'm not helping Tesla owners feel at home in their cars, I'm involved in community outreach work around the North Bay. Helping people, one on one, patiently and without judgment, is what I care about most.
